ATT specializes in seamless calcium casings and jackets in a variety of sizes, including round, rectangular, square and oval, with standard diameters from 0.02 to 6.0 inches and wall thicknesses from 0.003 to 0.500 inches. Sleeves and jackets can be further processed to produce rings, washers, sleeves and jackets. Custom configurations are also available. The sleeve can be threaded to customer-specified dimensions. Materials include most metals, including rare earth metals and other advanced materials. Sleeves and jackets can also be produced from custom alloys for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. Other shapes available include strips or plates, as well as custom mechanical shapes and forms through other processes such as nanoparticles and solutions and organometallic. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. We also produce calcium in rod, pellet, powder, flake, pellet, ingot, line and oxide composite forms. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Calcium Sleeve

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
