It has the characteristics of low vapor pressure, low evaporation rate, low plastic brittleness transition temperature, low resistivity, good chemical stability, creep resistance, heat resistance and toughness. At room temperature and pressure, it will not react with air, water, concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia and other substances, but will dissolve in the mixture of hydrofluoric acid and concentrated nitric acid. In addition, under heating conditions, it will react weakly with concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other inorganic acids (except hydrofluoric acid).
