Spherical titanium dioxide powder refers to titanium oxide powder which is spherical under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Spherical titanium dioxide powder is made from high-purity titanium dioxide powder raw materials, through spray granulation into spherical powder, and then through multiple processes such as washing, drying, screening and strong magnetic iron removal. The common particle sizes are 15-45 um, 20-40 um, etc. It can be used for plasma spraying or supersonic flame thermal spraying.

Spherical titanium dioxide powder has good fluidity and can be used in Thermal spraying, explosive spraying and flame spraying to prepare titanium dioxide ceramic coating with dense coating, high bonding strength, low porosity, moderate hardness and good toughness. Spherical titanium dioxide powder can be used for sputtering targets, sealing bodies of titanium pumps, plungers of high-pressure pumps, bearing sleeves of tugboat propellers, and other mechanical components.
