With their high melting point, molybdenum fastener is useful for heat resistant devices such as sputtering equipment and high temperature furnaces. Metric molybdenum fasteners and ANSI standard molybdenum fasteners are all available. TZM alloy and Mo-La alloy can also be made to fasteners.

Molybdenum Threaded Rod

Molybdenum threaded rods can withstand high temperatures and vacuum thermal evaporation. They can be cut down to various sizes and combined with washers/nuts to form custom screws.


Molybdenum Screw

Molybdenum screws can withstand high temperatures and vacuum thermal evaporation. ATT supplies these screws using both the ANSI and metric sizes of fillister, pan, and flatheads. We generally produce standard-length screws but are able to customize lengths based on customer needs.


Molybdenum Nut

Molybdenum refractory nuts can withstand high temperatures and vacuum thermal evaporation. They can be produced in inch or metric sizes and various shapes (hex being the most common).


Molybdenum Washers

Molybdenum refractory washers are available in both inch and metric sizes. Washers help to distribute the load of a threaded fastener. All standard sizes are available. We can also produce custom sizes.

Packaging of Molybdenum Fastener

Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg.  pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.  Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum.  Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
